What We Did
  • A team of elves took over the LTM social media accounts! Luckily, they just want to spread surprise and delight in an incredibly un-elfish way. Utilising Facebook Messenger Bots, customers can message our elves to receive gift suggestions, elfishly puzzling challenges and of course, rewards, if you get them right!
  • Fun challenges for all the family, recommending the perfect gifts and events on offer this Christmas at LTM

  • Campaign reached 2,356,795 users, with 32,448 users taking action
  • CPA 70% lower than industry benchmark
  • Engagement rate was 357% higher than Facebook average
