Following on from our trend report issued in January, we were asked to take a retrospective look at the predictions we made for social media in 2015.
Our Brand Development Manager, Euan Plater and Creative Strategist, OJ Deady led the webinar. They looked at a range of topics including; social commerce, discussing Twitter’s Buy Now vs Collections and the importance of deciding which is right for a particular brand strategy.
They also discussed the rise of the social wallet that adapted quickly to focus on B2C rather than its initial strategy focusing on a peer-to-peer model of money exchange.
