Account Director NYC

Account Director NYC

With offices in both London and New York, working at Cult allows you to work in two of the most creative cities in the world. Being willing to travel is core to all our roles and we encourage cross territory working which offers our team not only diversity in their day to day roles but the opportunity to absorb and learn from different cultures.

An Account Director ensures the seamless production of campaigns – from briefing designers, and creatives, to managing budgets and their team.

However, an Account Director is primarily responsible for the management of relationships with clients.  As the senior point of contact for an agency’s clients, the Account Director also co-ordinates the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work.

You will be expected to plan campaigns, and successfully develop business accounts creatively and financially, while playing a positive role in your agency’s new business programme.

All this, whilst providing an impeccable service to the clients day-to-day. Building team spirit and morale is vital to your role, your focus is to lead by example and develop methods to strategically handle relationships with peers, clients and prospects. You are actively encouraged to attend and speak at industry events.
