Investing in mentorship
In 2020 our mentorship programme Futures:Generation was established to help level the playing field for underrepresented talent entering the industry. Each person at Cult has the opportunity to mentor or be mentored by the programme, which spans the industry and sectors within which we work. Since its inception, we’ve helped 500 people connect with 500 mentors and counting.

Measuring Team Happiness
From daily interactions, to annual parties, the foundation of all of our successes is to do all we can to ensure the happiness of our team. Joining the team
There are lots of ways you can join us at Cult, from the vacancies below in London and New York. We’re committed to a fair, inclusive and equitable interviewing process, so you can expect the interviewing process to be carried out in the following way:
- Questions will relate to the requirements of the job as established in the job description and the person specification
- We’ll always try to ensure that interviews will be carried out by more than one person and that they’ll preferably comprise of individuals of different genders
- Applicants will be assessed at the end of interviewing against predefined criteria
- Records of the interview process will be retained for a period of one year, including questions asked, answers given, any interview notes, and interview evaluation forms for all candidates
- We are flexible with remote or in-person interviews
