Overview & Purpose:

As a Senior Strategist/Associate Strategy Director, you will be tasked with devising highly effective strategies for creative content, campaigns and activations, delivering strong commercial & marketing results for our clients within the beauty, fashion and luxury sectors.

Working into the Head of Strategy, you’ll be influential throughout the strategic and creative process: conducting research and analysis, filtering and simplifying information, crafting insightful, inspiring propositions, advising your creative counterparts on the execution of the work to ensure success, and reporting back to clients on this success.

You’ll be a specialist in social content strategy, with good experience in influencer-led work, and a strong handle on data and reporting; able to interpret the big picture from the numbers and draw out the implications, and adept at gaining the confidence and trust of senior client stakeholders.

You’ll be culturally & commercially astute, capable of navigating the nuances that define our clients’ business and markets, with a keen desire to understand emerging technologies (AI, Web3, NFTs etc.) and leverage them on your clients’ behalf.

You’ll have the opportunity to exercise strategic leadership across a variety of exciting and innovative projects, building strong relationships with clients that lead to deeper knowledge, better work, and ultimately account growth, and you’ll be able to impart your strategic skills and experience to junior colleagues.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic thinking across multiple accounts, working closely with creative, client partner and production colleagues to form a core team unit that delivers success and growth
  • Develop intimate familiarity with client’s key business and brand objectives, challenges and characteristics, in the course of building trusting relationships with client stakeholders
  • Deliver insightful, well-researched campaign & content strategies across various media channels, including social, digital and ATL
  • Write & present inspiring creative briefs with rich stimulus and thought-provoking direction
  • Work with core team to set clear account KPIs, and implement rigorous reporting processes and shape success narratives, with conclusions that present opportunities for future optimisation
  • Attuned radar for relevant cultural and technological developments, confidently sharing these alongside insightful perspectives with internal teams and clients
  • Provide insight and commentary to fuel Cult’s thought leadership across industry press
  • Take inspiration from Cult’s ongoing Web3 and Studio third-party showcases, and leverage these new ideas on behalf of our clients

Overview & Purpose:

As an Account Manager, you will be tasked with managing small to medium size projects through the agency from briefing to delivery and reporting. Collaborating across departments to ensure delivery of highly effective strategies for creative content, campaigns and activations, delivering strong commercial & marketing results for our clients within the beauty, fashion and luxury sectors.

Working into the Senior Account Director, you’ll be the main point of contact for your clients/projects and will support the wider Account Management team on ensuring seamless client relationships, retention, delivery and delight. You will also have an Account Executive working into you to enable you to look at client growth and spotting opportunities to further our network within client groups and better service the brands we work with.

You’ll be culturally & commercially astute, capable of navigating the nuances that define our clients’ business and markets, with a keen desire to understand emerging technologies (AI, Web3, NFTs etc.) and leverage them on your clients’ behalf.
